During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you particpate.

SoCo Technologies, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on realtybaron.com. SoCo Technologies, Inc. collects personally identifiable information when a user registers, posts a description of their property, or bids to represent a property owner.

If you participate in a listing auction as a homeowner, we will collect information about your house and property. Only the zip code, features (living rooms, bedrooms, baths, etc), short description, and photo of a property will be disclosed on the site. Of those items, the zip code, features, and short description are required. If you participate as a real estate professional, we will collect your history of bids on each auction. Your bid amount will only be displayed while you are the current winning bidder.

Use of Information

SoCo Technologies, Inc. does not distribute personally identifiable information about users. In the future, we will use aggregate, non-personally identifying sales data collected after listing auctions to provide premimum services to consumers.

Communications from the Site

Users will be notified by realtybaron.com of auction results. Realty professionals can optionally elect to receive notification about new listing auctions in their area.

We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature.

We DO NOT share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers.
