  1. What are consumers buying and/or selling on RealtyBaron™?
    A: RealtyBaron™ enables consumers to anonymously offer their real estate purchase or listing to local REALTORS®. Bids are based on the sales commission (or flat fee) the REALTOR® will charge to represent the buyer or sellers in a real estate transaction.
  2. How much does it cost?
    A: The service is free for both buyers and sellers.
  3. How can I be sure the REALTOR® who wins my business is qualified?
    A: Homeowners can restrict bidding with our "gatekeeper" algorithm, AgentRank™. AgentRank™ measures and compares the track records of thousands of REALTORS® in our system. If a REALTOR'S® AgentRank™ does't meet or exceed the minimum, he/she is unable to submit a bid for your business.
  4. Am I obligated to use the REALTOR® who wins my business?
    A: No. If you're not completely satisfied with the REALTOR®, simply walk away.
