Leads are exclusive
Lead auctions are initiated by buyers and sellers who intend to buy or sell real estate. Unlike other lead systems that deliver multiple bid proposals to the prospective client, a lead auction ends with one clear winner.
At the close of a lead auction, the REALTOR® who has submitted the most competitive bid will be awarded the seller's contact information. The lead will be exclusive to that REALTOR® indefinitely. However, the seller is under no obligation to work with the winning bidder and may re-list the property on RealtyBaron™.
