AgentRank™ Explained
AgentRank™ is a system for ranking REALTORS® based on professional experience, recent home sales, endorsements from past clients, and other variables. During a listing auction, REALTORS® without the minimum AgentRank™ required by a seller are prevented from bidding.
Important features include:
- AgentRank™ is objective. All agents in our system are subject to the same ranking formula.
- AgentRank™ is fluid. The method for ranking agents changes over time. As we identify strong indicators of an extraordinary salesperson, the ranking formula will be adjusted to award agents who exhibit those characteristics.
- AgentRank™ cannot be bought, sold, or bartered. An agent's ranking rises or falls based on their ability to sell real estate and please clients. Period.
What does AgentRank™ mean for REALTORS®?
REALTORS® who maintain a higher AgentRank™ will naturally command higher commissions.
